You know exactly how good your soccer player actually is. You watch them every Tuesday night at practice- playing with an infectious, relaxed freedom. They demand the ball in tight spaces, try creative moves, and play with an intuitive, effortless flow.


But the moment Saturday morning arrives, a switch flips.

They look panicked the second they receive the ball, instantly firing a blind, frantic pass backward just to get rid of the responsibility.

The Search Process

Over my years of working with youth soccer players across the entire spectrum of the game—from elite academy prospects in Germany to high-performance college, club, and grassroots environments in the United States, I kept wondering how to best unlock nervous players that were stuck in their head on gameday. 


It wasn't until I stepped outside the traditional coaching bubble and began studying neurobiology, Polyvagal Theory, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) that the missing piece of information finally became clear. 

The Method

 

  • 1. Find Their Specific "Freeze" Blueprint


We look past one bad game and figure out exactly what triggers your player's gameday freeze. We decode the hidden body language and silent thoughts that happen right before they shut down, mapping out exactly how their body gets trapped.


  • 2. Turn Off the Brain's False Alarm


Whether their fear comes from a single bad memory—like a coach screaming at them—or the silent pressure of a quiet car ride home, we break that connection. We reassure their brain that a soccer match is just a game, not a survival crisis, so they can finally breathe.


  • 3. Copy & Paste the Tuesday Freedom


Your player doesn't need to learn new skills; they already have them. We simply train their body to take the loose, aggressive, effortless play they show every Tuesday night at practice and automatically copy and paste it onto the Saturday game.

Is Your Player a Fit?

 

  • Who is it for? I take on a limited number of players every month and slots are reserved for dedicated, ambitious athletes who possess the technical skill but are trapped by their own biology on game days.


  • This is a fit if: You have a deeply committed player whose true training ability is being actively suppressed by match-day pressure, extreme self-expectations, or a paralyzing fear of making mistakes. They want to dominate, but their body is physically locking them out of their own talent.


  • This is NOT a fit if: The player lacks personal drive, is unmotivated, or requires external pushing to train. I do not provide basic skills coaching, tactical training, or motivational cheerleading. This is advanced neurological conditioning for athletes who are ready to unlock their instinctive game.

The Process

Step 1: Questionnaire and Free Exploratory Call

Initial 20-Minute Exploratory Call (Application Required): You fill out short questionnaire via the Contact Page so that I can learn more about your athlete's level of motivation and see if they might be a good candidate for my program. Once that's a go, we'll schedule a free 20 Minute exploratory call to explore if working with each other will be beneficial. 


If so, we'll get your player on the schedule for the following breakthrough sessions:

Understand Why You Freeze: Discover the exact subconscious survival triggers causing your match-day hesitation.


Master the Subconscious: Learn how your brain's protective "threat response" works and how to become the Boss of your game-day mind.


Release the Pressure: Let go of the old baggage of past mistakes, parental pressure, and the fear of failure.

Step 3: Breakthrough Session 2

  

Defeat Match-Day Nerves: Learn actionable NLP "anchoring" techniques to instantly break out of a freeze on the pitch.


Tap Into Existing Confidence: Identify an area of life where the athlete already thrives, and map that exact confidence onto their soccer game.


Ditch the "Perfect Game" Trap: Understand that taking smart, aggressive risks is infinitely better than trying not to make mistakes.
